Risk Disclosure: Meridian Capital Programs (1001754639 Ontario Inc.) offers two programs: a performance-based Profit-Share program, whose returns are not guaranteed and not fixed and depend on actual trading results, which can be negative — an automatic lockout mechanism caps the maximum loss at 20% of starting capital, at which point trading is halted pending review — and a Fixed-Income program, which pays a set monthly rate stated in your signed agreement but is not a bank deposit and carries counterparty/credit risk rather than trading risk. Past performance is not necessarily indicative of future results. Neither program is FDIC-insured, SIPC-insured, or guaranteed by any government agency. Meridian Capital Programs is not currently registered as an investment adviser, broker-dealer, or commodity trading advisor. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any security, in any jurisdiction where such an offer or solicitation would be unlawful. See the full Risk Disclosure.
