We are currently accepting applications only. No funds are collected through this website — nothing here is an offer to sell securities, and this program is not yet available in all regions. If approved, funding happens only after identity verification and signed program documents.

Risk Disclosure

Last reviewed: see program documents for the current version. This page is a general summary and is not a substitute for the full risk disclosure in your signed program agreement.

No guaranteed or fixed return

Your return, if any, is based entirely on the actual performance of the trading strategy applied to your allocated capital, less any fees described in your program agreement. Returns are not fixed, not guaranteed, and not predictable in advance. Any reference to "target," "historical," or "average" returns describes past results only and is not a promise about the future.

Day trading only — no overnight or weekend holds

This program only holds positions intraday. Any open position is automatically flattened by a fixed time each trading session, and no new position is opened again until the next session begins. This removes overnight and weekend gap risk — the risk that price jumps sharply between one session's close and the next session's open, before any stop or halt can react — which is typically the single largest source of tail risk in futures trading.

Automatic lockout

The system continuously monitors your account balance against its starting capital. Once the balance falls below 15% down from starting capital, a warning is issued. If the balance continues to fall, the system acts before it reaches 20% down: all open positions are automatically closed and the account is locked out — no new trades can be placed by anyone, including the automated strategy itself — until the account has been reviewed by a senior trader. Once that review is complete, the investor is informed and may choose to resume trading or withdraw their entire remaining capital.

Combined with the day-trading-only rule above, the maximum loss on this account is 20% of its starting capital — once that threshold is reached, the account is locked and no further trading can occur.

Not a bank deposit, not insured

This program is not a bank product. It is not insured by the FDIC, SIPC, or any government agency or program, in the United States or elsewhere.
